Returns & Trial Period

100-night trial on mattresses
You can try your Polar Bear Sleep mattress for up to 100 nights, starting from the day you receive it.

A minimum trial period of 30 nights is required before any return request, to allow your body to properly adapt.

Returns requested before 30 nights will not be accepted.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the mattress must:

  • Be clean, stain-free, and in like-new condition

  • Be free of odors, damage, burns, tears, or sagging

  • Have been used with the mandatory protective cover (sold separately)

Mattresses that do not meet these conditions may be refused without refund.

Returns must be brought back at the customer’s expense to our designated warehouse. No home pickup is included unless stated otherwise in writing.

Free items & accessories

If promotional or free items (pillows, accessories, gifts) were included:

  • They must be returned with the mattress

  • OR you may keep them, and their value will be deducted from the refund

Protective covers are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once the mattress is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • Any applicable deductions will be clearly explained

10-Year Limited Warranty (Mattresses)

The Polar Bear Sleep mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty, valid for the original purchaser only.

The warranty covers:

  • Permanent indentations deeper than 1 inch (2.5 cm)

  • Measured without human weight

  • Not caused by misuse or improper support

The mattress must be used on a solid, appropriate base (platform bed or solid foundation).

Normal wear, comfort preference, liquid damage, pet damage, and improper use are not covered.

Pillows – Trial & Warranty

Pillows include:

  • 30-day trial

  • 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects

All pillow returns must be:

  • Clean, odor-free, and undamaged

  • Returned at the customer’s expense

  • Used with a protective pillowcase at all times

Protective covers and textile accessories are non-refundable.

Governing law

All warranties and returns are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
